Privacy
We try to keep this simple. TowerLane collects only what it needs to run: basic, anonymised analytics about which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from, plus a few cookies that remember things like whether you've dismissed a notice. We don't ask you to create an account to read anything.
We use this information to understand which articles people find useful and to fix things that are broken. It helps us decide what to write next. We don't build advertising profiles about you and we don't try to identify individual readers.
We don't sell or hand your data to third parties for their own marketing. Some standard tools, like an analytics provider or our hosting service, process limited technical data on our behalf, and only so the site can function. Your browser settings can block cookies if you'd rather, and the site will still work.
If you have a question about data, or want to know what we hold, email us through the contact address and we'll answer in plain language.
